The final result has met all requirements and is implemented successfully. The project took significantly longer than originally quoted, partly due to problems on my side and partly due to misunderstandings and requests for clarifications from them that seemed clear in the specification. When the final product was implemented there were some clear errors in the system that were identified in testing that I would have thought they would have found in their own testing. All these were fixed without question though. Communication was acceptable, although a bit abrupt.

The developer is good in quality and also include some other minor fixes in order to deliver a workable solution. But the project is much delayed from original scheduled 1 week to 5 weeks. The major problem is that they are employing a part time freelance worker for my job. They can only reply my mail once per day and do their job during non-office hour. It always take several days to clarify one single issue. I hope they would employ full time staff for my job next time. Apart from this, whenever there is an issue, the relationship manager always does not firstly look into the issue in detail but instead sent an impolite mail complaining you back. This make me very angry.

I have mixed feelings about this project. I wanted to be reasonable with my comments and not become overzealous with my feedback because of issues with the project. While the project was ultimately completed 100%, it was months delayed and many issues were and continue to be found. Havings said that, they are addresing any issues presented without problem. The main reason why they did note receive perfect marks is as follows:
2 Points lost for lots of delays. This project should have taken weeks and not months. I have done many zencart projects before with varying design complexities and this is the first one that took this long.
1 point lost for bugs. While bugs are a normal event in any application, there were quite a bit found. I would have taken off more points, but there willingness and cooperation in resolving this issues, has kept the point deductions low.

I have used a number of different web designers and companies in the past, but these guys are the best. The problem I have had with other companies has been time... I often find (when it is too late) that I am dealing with someone who is working on my website in their spare time after work. The team did a good job. Although, it took quite a few iterations. Overall, this is part of a larger job portal project, which has been concluded successfully. They have honored their guarantee and have fixed all the bugs after the code was written. They have done an exceptional job with the administrative section, one of the best I've seen to date. Furthermore, many seem to find the Private Message system to be helpful, I think it would have been more convenient to have direct IM contact with the lead developer. This could have shaved off many weeks of development and debugging work from the project.

The facility works very well, although it took longer to complete on account of bugs that I was reporting being 'overlooked' as me not knowing the difference between 'save' and 'send' - or that it worked 'fine' from thier end.... turns out it was bugs and browser compatibility issues - but took a couple of weeks to work through this. One of the best all around web centric software houses on this portal. They developed an excellent design that is intuitive to navigate and pretty to look at. Moreover, they poses good architectural/analytical skills required for this type of project. On the other hand, there is one point that they can improve on -- Testing! Although every project has some bugs, many could have been avoided if they conducted more comprehensive testing rather than leaving it solely to me to point out those bugs/typos/mistakes. Nevertheless, the end product is very good, although still working out some of the bugs with the project.

I can say that the cms is clean in appearance, is easy to navigate and Sanjay has done a great job a) being patient with me b) adhering to all of my requests and c) initially there was a discrepancy, as originally I was advised by Sanjay the items in the CMS already could be salvaged and my client would not need to re-enter them – which I advised my client this. However, this was not the case because Sanjay built a new cms, Sanjay knew I was upset – and imported all of the products so I did not have to go back on what I’d advised my client.
I am very grateful, as is my client and that is the most important thing to my business.

In brief: These Company services are enormously over-rated! Whoever gave them those feedback have no clue of Programming, SEO or any web related issues. Nishi designs my stuff through sanjay2004. She is an incredible designer, not some hack who simply knows the basics of the Adobe products. You will find cheaper designers and design firms for sure. What you will have a hard time finding is a designer who does a better job for the same money as Nishi at sanjay2004. Will I use again? I already am 01-31-2008

First the negative - communication throughout most of the project (particularly early on) was quite poor. I was also emailed and informed that the work had been done but in fact it had not been. A bit more communication and I'd give ten out of ten.
The positive - very good coding with a difficult project. It took Sanjay's team a while to get to grips with the unique requirements of this particular store (understandably) but the solution they provided was really excellent and I was very happy with the end result. They were also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again for any heavy-weight OSC projects.
