The article should aim to answer this question and should pose, in the beginning, a question about whether or not it is human nature to be violent and if violence is hard wired.

I would like you to demonstrate or argue for the conclusion that although human beings have been wired for violence and anger, it is something that is activated by the environment. For example, children that are physically abused or who suffered from childhood attachment problems, such as Reactive Attachment Disorder are more likely to cause harm to others. For example, human beings in communities where they need to compete for resources and/or survival are prone to violence. For example, a person who is normally gentle and non-violent, when threatened or vulnerable, physically or psychologically, can resort to violence or anger as protection. The idea is that the capacity for violence is a left-over human trait that is still, unfortunately, needed to survive certain situations, but that overall the human being also has the capacity for peace, non-violence, and for love.

You can also include information about how anger is a normal natural part of being human. Anger in itself is not destructive; it's what we do with our anger that makes anger good or bad. You can also describe that anger is useful and protective to feel in certain situations. You can describe how there is differences between being the continuum between passive - assertive – aggressive.
